To update to the latest version of the Netflix app on your Windows 8 or Windows 10 computer, follow the steps below.
Windows 8Update the Netflix app
Select Store from the Start screen.
Select Updates in the top right corner.
Verify that the Netflix app has a check mark in the top right corner. If it does not, select the Netflix app.
Select Install at the bottom of the screen.
When the update finishes downloading, try Netflix again.
Windows 10
Select Store from the Start screen or the Taskbar.
Select the User Icon next to the search box.
Select Downloads or Updates.
Select Check for Updates.
Select the down arrow on the right to download the Netflix update.
The Netflix app will now be downloaded and updated.
